Are sessions recorded?
Yes, all sessions are recorded due to quality assurance.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, we can set up an online session via Zoom. Please contact me after booking your session to arrange an online link.
Do I need a GP referral to see you?
You do not need a GP referral to make a booking, however, your GP can refer you.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions last for 50 minutes.

Can my parents or partners attend the sessions?
Yes, they can attend sessions to support you if you choose.
NB: If you have a support worker, they are able to attend sessions also as the decision of who attends sessions with you is your decision.

All Insurance claims and Work Cover claims are charged at $225 per session.

$150, Non-attendance fee if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to cancelation.
Funding & Cover
Is there any government funding to cover costs?
Medicare rebates are available for psychological services that are provided under a Mental Health Care Plan, under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. This Plan is completed by a General Practitioner (GP) and provides access to Medicare rebates.
Does my private health cover appointments?
You will need to check with your individual private health fund to see what they cover or speak to them about getting cover for psychological sessions.
